A fractional CFO/COO/CEO can be a valuable asset for a financial advisory practice, especially when there is a need for high-level financial, operational or leadership expertise, but hiring a full-time executive may not be feasible or necessary. A fractional executive is an experienced financial professional who provides part-time or interim services to businesses as needed. These services are typically financial, operational or strategically focused.  They work remotely or on-site for a specific number of hours per week or month.
