Pam joined SMART Concepts Group in 2011 and oversees daily operations. While her primary focus is assisting clients in the engagement process, she provides leadership and support to all areas of company. Pam began her career in 1997 as a marketing coordinator. She has 17 years of experience in the financial industry, earned a BSBA from Ohio University and holds Series 7, 24 licensures. Pam enjoys spending time with her family and coaching softball.
