Steve’s tenure as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BlueStem Wealth Partners (BlueStem) for the last nine years speaks volumes about his leadership abilities. Prior to his tenure at BlueStem, Steve served as a Franchise Field Vice President for Ameriprise Financial from 2006 to 2015. His responsibilities included developing annual strategic growth initiatives, enhancing revenue and AUM per advisors, recruiting experienced advisors, nurturing a positive regional culture, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Before assuming his FVP role, Steve ran a successful solo practice for 15 years.
